Electron Machine Corporation's superior Technical Service Department continually distinguishes itself from our competitors by providing fast response to our customers needs after the sale. We have a technical support hotline that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, that allows customers to speak directly with one of our qualified technicians, each with more than 30 years experience. The same technicians are also available to provide prompt field service at your facility.

Support

At Electron Machine, we recognize the importance of support after the sale for industrial instrumentation. Each of our technicians has more than 30 years of field experience with our equipment. If there are any questions, problems, or concerns, please let us know how we can help you.

Training

Electron Machine provides free training on the operation and maintenance of our equipment to customers at our facility in Umatilla, FL. Additionally, our qualified service technicians can travel to your location, with demonstration equipment, and train your operators and technicians at your location at standard rates. Please contact us for more information.

Repair

Electron Machine products are designed to last many, many years in harsh industrial environments. When repairs are necessary, simply return the defective components back to our facility and we will promptly evaluate the problem and provide an estimate on the cost of the repairs needed. No RMA number is needed, please carefully box the instrument, provide any information on the problems or concerns, and return to the attention of our Service Department.
